Mark1 Conversions is located on the outskirts of Feniton, just off the A30 between Honiton and Exeter in Devon. You can reach us by Road, Rail or Foot.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS FROM EXETER/M5: From Junction 30 (northbound) or Junction 29 (southbound) of the M5, follow the signposts to pick up the A30 heading for HONITON/LONDON. Approximately 8 miles later take the “PATTERSONS CROSS” exit and turn left at the T junction. Approximately 500m on the right is a large layby, with 2 roads coming off of it, we are the first one that goes steeply up the hill, and we are the third unit on the left.
DRIVING DIRECTIONS FROM HONITON/LONDON: From the A30 heading towards Exeter, take the “IRON BRIDGE” exit after Honiton. Turn left at the T junction and stay on this road (the old A30). Do not turn off until you have driven past the “Greyhound” pub on the right-hand side. The first “Feniton” sign will lead you into the village which you do not want. Just before you re-join the A30,you will see the Pattersons Cross monument on your left, take the right-hand turn under the new A30, signposted Feniton. Approximately 500m on the right is a large layby, with 2 roads coming off of it, we are the steep one that goes up the hill, and we are the third unit on the left.
Final Approach – Take The Steeper Road Up Past The Trees: When you get here, sometimes its easy to miss our sign and take the wrong road. We are up the steeper road, past the trees. It bends around and we are the Third Unit along.
